Affordable Low Level Palletizer for the Stacking of Cartons / Bags / Barrels
Product Introduction
The low level palletizer stacks contained materials (in cartons, wove bags, barrels, etc.) on the (wooden/plastic) pallet according to a certain arrangement automatically. After stacking several layers, the full pallet will be conveyed out for further packing or to the warehouse by a forklift. The palletizer is controlled by PLC touch screen, which can realize intelligent operation management and greatly reduce the number of employees and the intensity of labor. It adopts the design concept of high speed, smooth running and space saving. Using the split-off plate, it runs more rapidly and saves more space. It’s a quickly adjustable multi-purpose machine, which you do not need to worry about the changing of stacked products.
Application range: it is applicable to packages of various materials and shapes, such as corrugated cartons, plastic boxes, barrel packages and bags. Our low level palletizer is used in automated production in numerous industries including but not limited to petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, grain, feed and building material.
Process flow
Conveyors transmit the contained material → shaping mechanism flattens and presses the packages (bags) → grasp and palletize → loaded pallet conveys out

After-sales Service
1. Operator training will be provided to the Buyer after the completion of installation and commissioning, and complete set of technical support for installation and commissioning will also be provided;
2. Training for operators: operating process, safety issues, attentions, etc.;
3. Training for maintenance personnel: mechanical structure, work principle, daily maintenance, trouble shooting, etc.;
4. Machine warranty period is 12 months. In warranty period, the Seller shall take the responsibility to repair or replace defective or damaged products, in case such defect or damage is not caused by the Buyer or it is the result of Seller’s mistake. (Travel expenses are not included and shall be agreed on by both parties.) In warranty period, if any damage is caused by the Buyer’s operation or improper maintenance, the Seller shall be liable for repair or replacement. But component(s) cost and repair fees shall be borne by the Buyer.
